25/00255/FUL – Proposed Extensions and Alterations and erection of new Treatment Plant – Parklands, Long Lane, Longford (F)
25/00267/FUL – Single storey rear extension – 5 Kings Close, Carsington (C)
25/00278/FUL – Proposed infill of overhang to front elevation and formation of balcony – 6 Boswell Court, Union Street, Ashbourne (C)
Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath
Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area
Applications with the suffix D The development is a departure from the provisions of the development plan
The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
