1.Election of chair for the meeting
2. Financial reports The trustees will present:
• Financial report for the year from April 2023 to March 2024
• Trustees annual report for the year from April 2023 to March 20243.
Election of trustees Mr Neil Stevenson steps down by rotation and is standing for re-election Mr Anthony Almeida was appointed by the trustees in October 2023, and is standing for election The AGM will be followed by a presentation of plans for the future.
