Proposed Major Application Proposal at East Renfrewshire Golf Club, Pilmuir, Newton Mearns, Glasgow G77 6RT

"Proposed land reprofiling of the golf course to create a new driving range and improvements to two existing golf holes with associated landscaping and drainage works."

A second public information event/exhibition will be held at the Club House, East Renfrewshire Golf Club, Pilmuir, Newton Mearns, Glasgow G77 6RT on Thursday 27th March 2025 between 4pm – 7pm, where you can view the proposals, and the development team will be available to answer any questions.

Consultation boards will also be available to view on our dedicated website (https://www.montagu-evans.co.uk/public-consultation-for-east-renfrewshire-golf-club) on the day of the consultation.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposals to the prospective applicant may do so at the public event, through the website, or via the above contact details. Comments are invited until 10th April 2025.

If a planning application is subsequently submitted to East Renfrewshire Council, neighbour notifications and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations to East Renfrewshire Council regarding the proposals at that time.
