ARUN DISTRICT COUNCIL
THE BUILDING (LOCAL AUTHORITY CHARGES) REGULATIONS 2010
Notice is hereby given that a scheme of charges has been made under the above legislation laid before Parliament in February 2010. The scheme is for the purpose of the performance of functions of the Council under Building Regulations and comes into effect on 1 April 2025.
The Scheme replaces the existing Scheme of Charges and may be inspected at the address below during normal office hours.
