NOTICE OF MAKING
THE BOROUGH OF DACORUM
(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2020 (AMENDMENT) (NO. 1) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that DACORUM BOROUGH COUNCIL with the consent of Hertfordshire County Council, and in exercise of powers conferred on that County under Sections 32, 35, 35C and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made the above Order with the effect of making changes to the permit holder restrictions, charging hours and charges for its off-street car parks. The proposed changes for each car park are listed below:

The Order shall come into operation on Monday 31st March 2025.

until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made.
If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within six weeks from the date the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
Issuing Notice of this scheme is a statutory duty of the Borough Council. All data resulting from this Notice will be collected and held and processed by Dacorum Borough Council and may be shared with DBC Officers and Borough Councillors.
