Public Path Diversion Order 2025


The above-named order made on 13 th March 2025 by the Shropshire Council
(“the Council”) under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert to a new location part of Eaton-under-Heywood footpath 21 that is located between grid references SO 5006 9094 & SO 4981 9087 and in the vicinity of Whitefields Farm, SY6 7DH. A copy of the order, order map and an explanatory statement may be seen on the Council’s website at

, not later than 10 th April 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
