NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
In accordance with the provisions of Section 19 (1) of the Education and Inspections Act (EIA) 2006 and The School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2013, that Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make a prescribed alteration to Orchard Primary and Nursery School by:
Altering the age range from current 3–11 years to 2–11 years from the start of the Autumn Term 2025.
This would enable the school to offer an Early Years provision to accommodate 2 and 3 year old children.
The maximum number of 2 year olds able to access the setting is 10.
