PUBLIC NOTICE under section 121(2) of the Charities Act 2011
 
The Master and Four Wardens of the Fraternity of the Art or Mystery of Haberdashers in the City of London, Governors of the Possessions and Revenues of the Free Grammar School of Newport in the County of Salop of the Foundation of William Adams as trustee of the Haberdasher's Adams' Grammar School Charity (registered charity number 528402) hereby gives notice that it proposes to sell part of the freehold property known as ‘The Old Boarding
Houses’, and adjacent land and buildings at Haberdashers’ Adams, High Street, Newport, Shropshire, TF10 7BD. A copy of the plan to this notice can be requested in writing
from enquiries@haberdashers.co.uk

Any representations about this proposal should be made in writing and delivered or sent by post to:  Director for Schools and Estates, Haberdashers’ Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London, EC1A 9HQ or enquiries
