COUNCIL TAX 2025/26
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 38(2) of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, that on 24 February, 2025, the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, acting as Billing Authority for the Borough, in pursuance of the provisions of Section 30 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, approved the following amounts as the amounts per band for Council Tax for its area, for the year commencing 1 April 2025 and terminating 31 March 2026,
for each of the categories of dwellings shown below. This charge includes the precept requirements of the West Midlands Police & Crime Commissioner and West Midlands Fire & Rescue Authority, the social care precept and the levies to cover flood defence and integrated transport.
