TEMPORARY PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY/FOOTPATH CLOSURE
FOOTPATH – GOODMAN WAY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of which would be a closure of the length of footpath detailed in the Schedule below (when appropriate signage is in place). The Order would come into operation at 00.01 hours on Wednesday 12th March 2025 and is required to enable the safe installation of water connections by Severn Trent Water.
Closure times would be as signed on site.
The maximum duration of the Order is six (6) months but it is envisaged the works would be completed by Monday 17th March 2025.
Any alternative route for pedestrians would be signed on site.
Exemptions would be provided for: -
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) anyone in connection with the execution of the said works; and
(c) local pedestrian access

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS
HARNALL LANE EAST, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Harnall Lane East from junctions Trentham Road and Craners Road.
The Order would come into effect from 8th March 2025 to allow to allow boundary box repair to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen
(18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 9th March 2025.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to the closed section Harnall Lane East.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS
FLOWERDALE DRIVE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Flowerdale Drive.
The Order would come into effect from 11th March 2025 to allow to allow Severn Trent Water to repair access chamber cover to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 11th March 2025.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;
(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(d) local vehicular access to the closed section Flowerdale Drive.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

AVOCET CLOSE, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Avocet Close for its full length.
The Order would come into effect at 00.01 hours on Friday 7th March 2025 and is required to allow BT to install new service connections on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Saturday 8th March.
The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.
Exemptions would be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS
SYDNALL ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Sydnall Road commencing from its junction with Longford Road to its junction with Grindle Road.
The Order will come into effect on 08.00 hours on Saturday 1st March 2025 and is required to safely remove a fallen tree on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 17.00 hours on Saturday 1st March 2025.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.

SECOND ROAD, COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Second Avenue from junction with Allard Way to junction with Weir Way.
The Order would come into effect from 8th March 2025 to allow to allow City Fibre to install new duct in the carriage way to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 8th March 2025.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Bates Road.
The Order would come into effect from 6th March 2025 to allow to allow Severn Trent Water to renew water connections to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen
(18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 13th March 2025.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

The Order would come into effect from 4th March 2025 to allow to allow Severn Trent Water to renew water connections to take place safely.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen
(18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by 10th March 2025.
Exemptions will be provided for:
(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;
(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Erithway Road westbound from its junction with St Martins Road to its junction with Daleway Road.
The Order will come into effect on 00.01 hours on Monday 3rd March 2025 and is required to allow Severn Trent to carry out water connection renewals on the said road.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen
(18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Friday 7th March 2025.
The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.
Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.
Exemptions will be provided for:

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS VARIOUS ROADS ( AS SET OUT IN THE SCHEDULE BELOW), COVENTRY
Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on the roads detailed in the below Schedule
The Order will come into effect on 07:00 hours on Friday 28th February 2025 and is required to enable carriageway resurfacing, road marking installation and associated works to take place safely on the said roads.
The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen
(18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Monday 31st March 2025.
The roads will be closed or restricted on a number of occasions for various durations. The specific closure times for each road will apply as the signage indicates on site. Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site and access to premises would be maintained wherever possible.
