LICHFIELD DISTRICT COUNCIL
Lichfield District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) (Amendment No.1) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lichfield District Council proposes to make the above Order (“the Order”) under Sections 32, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers. The Order amends the Lichfield District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013.
The Order will come into force on 1 April 2025.
