INCREASE IN FEES
From the 1 April 2025 the Council proposes to increase fees under the
Licensing of Pavement Cafes Act (NI) 2014 and the Street Trading Act (NI)
2001 as listed below.

A statement showing how the proposed licence fees have been calculated
is available for inspection at the Council Offices during normal working
hours. Representations concerning the proposed fees may be made
in writing to the Chief Executive, Armagh City Banbridge & Craigavon
Borough Council, Civic Centre, Lakeview Road, Craigavon, BT64 1AL by
21 March 2025.
