Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Shavington Estate Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (the “Trustees”) have commenced the process of winding up the Shavington Estate Pension and Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”).

The Trustees have written to all members and beneficiaries currently receiving benefits or with a known entitlement to future benefits under the Scheme.

If you have not recently been contacted but believe you have an entitlement to any benefit from, or interest in, the Scheme by reason of your own or a relative's or any other person's full or part-time employment with the Shavington Farm Partnership you are required to send particulars in writing by Friday, 25th April 2025 of your entitlement or interest (together with your full name, present address, date of birth and copies of all documents which support your
claim) to:

shavington@isio.com.

After the expiry of this notice on Friday, 25th April 2025 the Trustees will distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme as part of the wind-up. Benefits will be provided only to those persons whose valid claims and entitlements the Trustees have received notice of and they will not be liable to or in respect of any other person.

Any individuals who have already been contacted by the Trustees about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustees already have details of their claims and entitlements.
