NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF STATEMENT OF GAMBLING POLICY 2025 – 2028
Paragraph 7, Gambling Act 2005 (Licensing Authority Policy Statement) (England and Wales) Regulations 2006. On 6 February 2025 Wyre Council will publish its Statement of Licensing Principles for Gambling issued under section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005. The Statement of Licensing Principles for Gambling will have effect from 1 April 2025. The published Statement of Licensing Principles for Gambling can be viewed by visiting the Council’s website at
