What is happening?
Mr Chris Selwood & Mrs Mary Selwood wish to publish a Notice of Application for an HMO Licence for a property at 21 Castlereagh Place, BT5 4NN. The proposed occupancy is for 5 persons.
The HMO is within the Belfast City Council area and the licence application will be submitted to Belfast City Council. Any person wishing to make representations in response to this notice should do so in writing to Belfast City Council, stating in general terms the nature of those representations, no later than 28 days beginning with the date on which the Council publishes a notice under Regulation 4 of the above HMO (Notice of Application) Regulations.
