Temporary Prohibition of Use of Footpath

Shropshire Council has made an order temporarily prohibiting the use of part of Footpath 57 in
the Parish of Church Stretton which runs from Cunnery Road at grid reference SO 4481 9354
in a general north westerly direction, alongside the property known as Woodlands then
through Hopes Wood to join with FP 67/FP 46 at grid reference SO 4468 9373.
The Order will come into operation on 11 th February 2025 for a period of 6 months or until
works are completed, whichever is soonest. The closure is required on the grounds of health
and safety due to fallen trees blocking part of this highway.
There is no alternative route available.
