THE CITY COUNCIL OF LANCASTER (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2023
AMENDMENT NO. 2 ORDER 2025



Notice is hereby given that Lancaster City Council, subject to approval of Lancashire County Council and the Chief Officer of Police, and in exercise of its powers under sections 32, 33, 34 35, 35 (c), 39, 124 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to amend The City of Lancaster (Off-Street Parking Places (Consolidation) Order 2023.

The effect of the Amendment No. 2 Order of 2025 is to (1) amend the City Council of Lancaster (Off Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2023 fees and charges, (2) amend plan 31 Central Drive Morecambe, (3) amend plan 2 Canal Quarter (Edward St extension), (4) amend plan 35 Wheatfield Court, (5) amend plan 9 Morecambe Town Hall, Morecambe Town Hall reserved area, Morecambe Town Hall, Back Brighton, Morecambe (6) extend an existing car park (7) amendments to electric vehicle parking bay clauses. The proposed changes to fees and charges are set out below: -

If anyone wishes to object to the Order or make other representations may do so in writing to the undersigned. Any objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Objections or other representations should be sent to Parking Services, Morecambe Town Hall, Marine Road, Morecambe, LA4 5AF, parking@lancaster.gov.uk not later than 28 days after the date of this Notice.
