Public Notice – Intended Disposal of Public Space or Land
Notice is hereby given under section 123(1) (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Milton Keynes City Council intends to dispose of land that includes public open space at:
Community Centre and Sports Pavilion, St Bartholomews, Monkston, Milton Keynes, MK10 9FJ
The parcel of land is approximately 27,000 sq. m. under registered under freehold title BM265345 and BM265603. The location of the land is off Bartholomews, Monkston and it can be identified by using What3Words at https://what3words.com/passes.game.activism . A plan is available upon request to the Estates Team at Milton Keynes City Council.
Any comments or objections to the disposal must be made in writing by no later than 12 noon on 27 February 2025 to:
