Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 121 Charities Act 2011 of the proposed sale of St Botolphs Church Hall, Grantham Road, New Quarrington, Sleaford NG34 7NB which is held for charitable purposes as more particularly described in an Conveyance dated 24 March 1932 made between Lincolnshire Road Car Company Limited (1) the Lincoln Diocesan Trust and Board of Finance (2) and The Reverend Arnold Neville Woodward Pye and Stephen Page and Tom Hicks (3).
