NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER
SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 RUTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL DISTRICT COUNCIL DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE COUNTY OF RUTLAND ADDITION OF FOOTPATH E363 BETWEEN COTTESMORE ROAD, EXTON AND EXTON LANE, BURLEY IN THE PARISH OF EXTON AND HORN DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2024
THE above order, made on 14th January 2025, under section 53(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by Adding a footpath commencing at point A at grid reference SK8949711238 being a point at Exton Lane, Burley, the claimed footpath then proceeds in an easterly direction for approximately 1960 metres when it reaches point B, which is on the western side of Cottesmore Road, Exton at grid reference SK9137411018.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Rutland County Council District Council, Legal Services, Council Offices, Catmose, Oakham Rutland from 9.00 AM to 4.30 PM Monday to Friday.
ANY representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to the Principal Solicitor, Rutland County Council District Council, Catmose, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 6HP not later than noon on Friday 7th March 2025. Applicants are asked to please state the grounds on which they are made.
IF no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn the Rutland County Council District Council instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order
