MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT
MILTON KEYNES CITY COUNCIL (HAVERSHAM FOOTPATH 50) MODIFICATION ORDER 2025
The above order made on 21st January 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map for the area by adding to them a public footpath commencing from a junction with Brookfield Road at OS grid reference 481661 242720 (point A on order plan) in a west north westerly direction for approximately 10 metres to OS grid reference 481652 242724 (point B on order plan) then in a generally north north easterly direction for approximately 267 metres to OS grid reference 481685 242986 (point C on order plan).
The route will have a width of 1.5 metres throughout.
A copy of this Notice, the Order and the Order plans have been placed and may be seen online at https://www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/rights-of-way-public-notices and on public display within a window marked Public Notices, located to the far left of the frontage of Milton Keynes City Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton during normal opening hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at the price of £3.00 by writing to Legal Services, Milton Keynes City Council, Civic, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ, enclosing a cheque made payable to Milton Keynes City Council. Please quote reference PE-ZD-33446
Any representations about or objections to the Order together with the grounds on which they are made must be made in writing and sent to the Head of Legal Services, Milton Keynes City Council, Civic, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ to be received no later than 7th March 2025 quoting reference PE-ZD-33446. Anonymous objections cannot be accepted.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn Milton Keynes City Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
