Notice under Section 123(2A)
Local Government Act 1972

NOTICE is hereby given that THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to dispose of an area of open space forming part of the Shipley Country Park Heanor DE75 7JJ by way of easements to be granted in a lease of premises known as the Visitor Centre café.
A plan showing the land affected can be obtained by emailing Helen Barrington at Helen.Barrington@Derbyshire.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed disposal should do so by writing to Mrs H. Barrington, Director of Legal & Democratic Services, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, DE4 3AG or by emailing Helen.Barrington@Derbyshire.gov.uk quoting reference BT/109631 before the 7th February 2025.
