Notice under Section 123(2A) of the intended Disposal of Open Space Land in the district of Rother, East Sussex.d, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the above mentioned
Act that Rother District Council the owner of the parcel of land described
below which is held and maintained as football changing rooms and grass for
general recreation intends to dispose of the said land to the Heart of Sidley
Community Association by way of a lease for the purpose of a community hub
providing cultural and sporting events and activities to the community, a café,
toilets, improved sports changing facilities and other services along with a
small car park, including disabled parking bays, for users of the hub and
recreation ground.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND
Land at Sidley Recreation Ground, Bexhill-on-Sea consisting of land laid to
grass and a brick-built changing block totaling approximately 1,454 square
metres which is for identification purposes edged red on the plan.
A plan of the land is available for inspection at Rother District Council, Town
Hall, London Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3JX or it can be
viewed on the Council’s website (link below).

Objections to the above proposed disposal must be made in writing to
Rebecca Owen, Neighbourhood Services, Town Hall, Bexhill-on-Sea, East
Sussex, TN39 3JX by no later than midday on Saturday 28th December 2024
