HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, nid llai na saith diwrnod ar ôl dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gyda’r effaith o wahardd unrhyw gerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r llwybr troed, ar y groesfan reilffordd ar Hen Heol Llansteffan, Tre Ioan.

Y Llwybr Arall ar gyfer cerddwyr sydd am deithio tua’r de fydd parhau i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gorllewin am bellter o oddeutu 158 metr, gan basio heibio Enterprise Car and Van Hire hyd at y gyffordd â Ffordd Ymadael Tre Ioan. Troi i’r dde wrth y gyffordd ac i’r dde eto wrth y goleuadau traffig er mwyn ymuno â’r B4312 Heol Llansteffan. Parhau i gyfeiriad y de am bellter o oddeutu 180 metr yna troi i’r chwith wrth gyffordd Hen Heol Llansteffan a pharhau i gyfeiriad y gogledd er mwyn dychwelyd i fan sydd i’r de o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau. I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerddwyr sydd am deithio tua’r gogledd.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym nes bod Network Rail yn cwblhau’r gwaith i estyn y llwybr troed. Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ar yr 2il o Ionawr, 2025 am gyfnod o chwe mis.

Lle bo hynny’n briodol gall Gorchmynion Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd dros dro barhau mewn grym am hyd at chwe mis.

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd Heol y Brenin, Caerfyrddin yn ei chyfanrwydd.

Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Bydd pob busnes lleol ar agor fel arfer ar hyd Heol y Brenin ac ni fydd yn effeithio ar fynediad i faes parcio San Pedr.

Ni fydd unrhyw ffordd arall i Heol y Brenin, ond darperir ar gyfer nwyddau sy’n cael eu dosbarthu lle bo’n bosibl a rhaid cysylltu â Wales & West Utilities yn uniongyrchol i ofyn am fynediad i ddosbarthu nwyddau.

Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes bod gwaith i uwchraddio pibellau nwy, sy’n cael ei wneud gan Wales & West Utilities, wedi’i gwblhau.

The County Of Carmarthenshire
(Public Footpath At The Level Crossing On The Old Llansteffan Road, Johnstown)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrian Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the pedestrian crossing, at the level crossing on the Old Llansteffan Road, Johnstown.

The Alternative Route for southbound pedestrians will be to proceed in a general westerly direction for a distance of approximately 158 metres, passing Enterprise Car and Van Hire to the junction of the Johnstown Slip Road. Turn right at the junction and right again at the traffic lights to join the B4312 Llansteffan Road. Proceed in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 180 metres then turn left at the junction of the Old Llansteffan Road and proceed in a northerly direction to return to a point south of the closure.

Vice versa for Northbound pedestrians.

The proposed Order will continue in force until Network Rail complete works to extend the footpath.

It is intended that the works will commence on the 2nd January, 2025, for a period of six months.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months.

The County of Carmarthenshire
(King Street, Carmarthen)
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that the Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the entirety of King Street, Carmarthen.

Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.

All local businesses will be open as usual along King Street and the access to St Peter’s car park will remain unaffected.

There will be no alternative route to King Street, however, deliveries will be accommodated where possible and contact must be made with Wales & West Utilities directly to request delivery access.

The proposed Order will continue in force until works to upgrade gas pipes, carried out by Wales & West Utilities, have been completed.

It is intended that the works will commence on Monday the 6th of January 2025 until Thursday the 28th February 2025.

Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
