Proposed Disposal of Public Open Space – Land off Collier Close, Great Wyrley, South Staffordshire, WS6 7JJ
NOTICE is hereby given that South Staffordshire District Council intends to dispose of the freehold land adjacent to 37 Collier Close, Great Wyrley WS6 7JJ . The proposed disposal is the sale of the freehold to the owners of adjoining land.
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to South Staffordshire District Council, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX for the attention of the Corporate Director for Place and Communities.
A plan showing the area to be disposed of can be provided upon request by calling 01902 696000.
Any objections must be received by 5pm on Monday 13 th January 2025.
