LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980, SCHEDULE 23 PART V
DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND – NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Redcar and Cleveland (“the Council”) intends to dispose of approximately 3.25 acres of land at Old Middlesbrough Road, South Bank, Middlesbrough, TS6 6AJ.
A plan identifying the land is on deposit at Redcar Library, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1RT and South Bank Library, Normanby Road, TS6 6TD and may be examined there during normal library opening hours.
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to Strategic Asset Manager, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Redcar & Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1RT before Thursday 2nd January 2025.
