Notice under Article 38 of Proposal for Local Development Order Granting Planning Permission
In accordance with the provisions of The Town and County Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
I give notice that Fylde Borough Council proposes to adopt the Lancashire Advanced Engineering and Manufacturing Enterprise Zone (Warton) Local Development Order No1 (2025).
A copy of the documentation is available for inspection at: The Town Hall, St Annes Road West, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, FY8 1LW between the hours of 9.00am and 4:30pm and is also available to view on the Council’s website at: pa.fylde.gov.uk/Planning/Display/24/0693
