TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff herein has instituted proceedings against you for a decree of divorce and ancillary relief under Case No. HCHF 2380/24. If you wish to oppose the Plaintiff’s claim you must enter an appearance to defend by making an appropriate entry in the appearance book kept at the office of the Registrar of the High Court of Zimbabwe at Harare within twenty [20] days after publication of this Summons and a copy shall be served on the Plaintiff’s legal practitioners, at the address given below. You must give the Plaintiff or the Legal Practitioners, an address for service within five (5) kilometres of court specified above, together with a postal address.
