Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of LTL Fitness Ltd will be held at Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP at 4.00pm on 10 December 2024.
Under Rule 6.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 the Deemed Consent Procedure is to be used to seek a decision from creditors, on the appointment of the Joint Liquidators and their duties.
The decision date for deemed consent is 1159pm on 10 December 2024.
