STATEMENT OF GAMBLING LICENSING POLICY
NOTICE is hereby given that Luton Council in exercise of their powers under Section 349 of the Gambling Act will publish its statement of Gambling Licensing Policy (“the Statement”) on 27th November 2024.
The Statement will come into effect on 31st January 2025.
From 27th November 2024 the Statement can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority at:
Licensing Service
Luton Borough Council
Town Hall
Luton
LU1 2BQ
Between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by appointment. The Statement of Gambling Licensing Policy will also be published on the Authority’s website www.luton.gov.uk
A copy of this Notice is available for inspection, free of charge, in the Licensing Service, Luton Council, Town Hall, Luton during normal office hours and on the website.
