(PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION) (SCOTLAND)

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2021.

Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for proposed development at site at 200 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 3QB, for the following: 'Mixed-use development including co-living residential, residential accommodation, purpose built student accommodation and short-stay (non-term time) accommodation, retail and professional services (Class 1A), food and drink uses (Class 3 and sui generis), non-residential institutions use (Class 10), assembly and leisure (Class 11), with demolition, relocation of listed fountain, associated landscaping, public realm, access and infrastructure works.'

Two in-person consultation events are being held by MRP 200 Ren Limited. The first round of consultation has already taken place.

This public notice relates to the second consultation event. This is to be held on Tuesday 26th November 2024 between 2pm and 7pm at Maldron Hotel, 50 Renfrew Street, Glasgow, G2 3BW.

During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.

Communications no later than Wednesday 11th December 2024.

Please note, this notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
