Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Court of Session, to replace the constitution of the Dean Tavern Trust approved by the Court of Session on 25 March 1971 with a new constitution, in which application the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 6 November 2024, ordered any person claiming an interest, to lodge Answers thereto, within 21 days after such intimation, advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given.
