What is happening?

PRECISION VALVE UK LIMITED
RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
(the “Scheme”)
Notice under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Notice is hereby given under s27 of the Trustee Act 1925
that the Trustee of the Scheme intends to wind up the
Scheme after securing benefits for all known beneficiaries
of the Scheme.
The Trustee believes that it has identified everyone with a
right to benefits under the Scheme and has taken all
reasonable steps to contact the members and beneficiaries

of the Scheme for whom they have records. An announce-
ment has been sent to those members and beneficiaries

informing them of their benefits identified in the Scheme.
If you have not responded to this, please do within two
months of this notice at the details provided below.
If you have not received any announcement from the
Trustee and you believe you may be entitled to benefits
from the Scheme, please provide written details of your
claim (specifying your full name, address, date of birth,
National Insurance Number and any particulars of your

membership of the Scheme and a copy of any document-
ation that supports your claim) to:

Your claim must arrive within two months of the date of

publication of this advertisement. After this time, the Trus-
tee will proceed to complete the winding-up of the Scheme

having regard only to the claims and interests of which they
have had notice, and will not be liable to any person of
whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
