An application has been made to the
Department of Agriculture, Environment
and Rural Affairs for a review of the
current consent (consent number
5571/2007) under the Water (Northern
Ireland) Order 1999 which makes an
effluent discharge to a waterway from
Ballylumford Waste Water Treatment
Works.
