PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
Land at Newton Leys South, Stoke Hammond
An Outline planning application for a residential development of up to 90 dwellings, land for a new recreational area including land for a potential community facility, construction of a new vehicular access and pedestrian accesses and associated works on land at Newton Leys South, Stoke Hammond is being prepared. As part of this the views of local people are being sought on the proposals.
A public consultation website has been created which gives information on the proposal and provides an opportunity to discuss and give feedback.
