ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
PUBLIC FOOTPATH FROM EASTBORO WAY TO OASTON ROAD, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Footpath closed to all traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to repair defective tarmac edging.
Order Commences: 4 November 2024 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 November 2024
Access & Diversion: Footpath from Falmouth Close to Penzance Way, Camborne Drive and vice versa.
Contractor: Rogers Civil Engineering Limited, Tel: 02477 170 505.
D1457 STONEWELL CRESCENT, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed length serving properties numbers 72 - 96 (even numbers).
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, closed 08.00hrs-16.00hrs, 1 day (Saturday).
Order Commences: 2 November 2024 for up to18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 2 November 2024.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion. Access/Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D1663 BRIARDENE AVENUE AND D1664 GIBSON CRESCENT, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows: Briardene Avenue – closed in its entirety from its junction with Tower Road, Gibson Crescent – closed in its entirety from its junctions with Briardene Avenue.
Reason for Order: Footway reconstruction, kerbing and associated works, 08.00hrs-17.00hrs weekdays only. Works will be carried out in two phases: Briardene Avenue: 18 November- 6 December 2024 and Gibson Crescent: 9-20 December 2024.
Order Commences: 18 November 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 December 2024.
Access & Diversion: There are no suitable diversions available.

WESTBURY ROAD, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Remove and relay defective patch and complete overbanding.
Order Commences: 18 November 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 19 November 2024.
Access & Diversion: Westbury Road, Haunchwood Road, Tomkinson Road, Croft Road, Footpath from Fair Isle Drive to Croft Road, Arbury Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 01613 515 370.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
