Proposed Disposal of Open Space land at Hills Lane Playing Fields, Armthorpe Road, Wheatley Hills, Doncaster, DN2 5QA shown edged red on the Plan.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A) NOTICE is given that City of Doncaster Council intends to dispose of land having an area of approximately 300 Square Metres which forms part of the public open space at Hills Lane Playing Fields. A plan of the land mentioned above will be kept at Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU. The proposed disposal is the lease of the land for the following main use:
Lease to Wheatley Wanders Football club to site a container for the storage of football equipment only for 5 years from the date of completion.
Representations in respect of the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: David Stimpson Interim Head of Property Services of Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU or by email to David.Stimpson@doncaster.gov.uk by no later than 12 noon on 11 November 2024. (PO842)
