CASTLE HILL, WARWICK



NOTICE is hereby given that a vacancy exists for a two bedroom Almshouse at Castle Hill, Warwick and in due course the Trustees will meet to consider applications.

The Almshouse at Castle Hill has ground and first floor accommodation, incorporating a modern kitchen, cloakroom, utility and separate bathroom and is situated close to the Town centre overlooking the Castle. There is a communal garden to the rear.

Applicants should be residents or former residents of the Town of Warwick, or who have a long standing connection with Warwick. The accommodation at Castle Hill is suitable for a couple. The Trustees will give preference to elderly or retired applicants who are in need or suffering hardship or distress.

The applicants will be required to contribute a monthly sum towards the cost of maintaining the almshouse of the Charity.
