LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A) NOTICE is given that City
of Doncaster Council is proposing to dispose of land having an area of approximately
452 Square Metres. A plan of the land mentioned above will be kept at Civic Office
Waterdale Doncaster. The proposed disposal is the sale of the freehold of the land
for the following main use: Garden land Only.
