was presented to Falkirk Sheriff Court by Print Central Ltd
craving the Court inter alia to order that Print Central Ltd
(SC350351) having their Registered Office at Unit 6 Etna
Court, Falkirk, Scotland, FK2 9EQ be wound up by the
Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed in which
Petition The Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife at Falkirk
by Interlocutor dated 15th October 2024 appointed all
persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight
days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which
notice is hereby given.
