Gorchymyn, fel y’i cadarnhawyd, yw gwyro’r rhan o llwybrau troed cyhoeddus 18/15 a 18/16, yng Nghilherwydd a Hafod Hill, Llanboidy, Sir Gaerfyrddin, fel y dangosir ar Fap y Gorchymyn.Gellir darllen copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Map a gadarnhawyd yn ddi-dâl yn

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o’r ffordd Dosbarth III a adwaenir fel Heol Caerfyrddin, Glanyfferi, sy’n arwain i’r A484, o’r gyffordd â’r Ffordd Ddiddosbarth Dim Ffordd Trwodd am bellter o oddeutu 598 metr i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gogledd-ddwyrain, yn ystod y dyddiadau a’r amseroedd a nodir yn yr atodlen isod.
Lle bo’n bosibl caniateir i gerddwyr ac i gerbydau gael mynediad i eiddo unigol drwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.
Y Ffordd Arall ar gyfer traffig sydd am deithio tua’r de-ddwyrain fydd parhau ar hyd y ffordd Dosbarth III am bellter o oddeutu 3.75km i gyfeiriad cyffredinol y gogledd-ddwyrain hyd at y gyffordd â’r A484 Llanelli. Troi i’r dde wrth y gyffordd a pharhau ar hyd yr A484 hyd at gylchfan Parc-y-Bocs. Cymryd y drydedd allanfa gan ddilyn yr arwydd am Gydweli a pharhau ar hyd Heol Caerfyrddin a Heol Ddŵr, Cydweli am bellter o 1.1km i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin hyd at y gyffordd â Heol y Fferi.
Troi i’r dde a pharhau ar hyd Heol y Fferi, gan adael tref Cydweli a pharhau ar hyd Ffordd y Porth, gan fynd drwy bentref Broadway a mynd i mewn i bentref Glanyfferi. Parhau drwy bentref Glanyfferi, troi i’r dde i Deras Efa a pharhau ar hyd Heol Caerfyrddin i ddychwelyd i fan sydd i’r de-ddwyrain o’r man lle mae’r ffordd ar gau.
Bydd y Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y bydd y gwaith ceblau gan BT wedi’i gwblhau.
Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ddydd Llun 11 Tachwedd 2024, am gyfnod o 11 diwrnod.

Notice of Confirmation of Public Path Order
Highways Act 1980
“Carmarthenshire County Council (Public Footpaths 18/15 & 18/6, Cilherwydd & Hafod, Llanboidy)
Public Path Diversion Order 2019
On the 23rd October 2024, Carmarthenshire County Council confirmed the above Order under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert parts of public footpaths 18/15 and 18/16 at Cilherwydd and Hafod Hill, Llanboidy, Carmarthenshire, as shown on the Order Map.
A copy of the confirmed Order and the order map may be seen, free of charge, at Public Rights of Way, Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Heol Hirwaun Olau, Tumble, Llanelli, SA16 6HU, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. on any weekday. Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at a price of 50p. Postal copies may be obtained at a price of £5.00.
The Order comes into force on the 6th November 2024, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by Paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 of the Act, within 6 weeks from the 6th November 2024, make an
application to the High Court.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Class III Road Leading From Ferryside to the Junction with the A484
(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Carmarthenshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that length of the Class III road known as the Carmarthen Road, Ferryside, leading to the A484, from the junction with the Unclassified No-Through Road for a distance of approximately 598 metres in a general north-easterly direction, during the dates and times specified in the schedule below.
Pedestrian and vehicular access to individual properties will be maintained where possible throughout the duration of the closure.
The Alternative Route for south-east bound traffic will be to proceed along the Class III road for a distance of approximately 3.75km in a general north-easterly direction to its junction with the A484 Llanelli. Turn right at the junction and proceed along the A484 to Parc-Y-Bocs roundabout. Take the 3rd exit signposted Kidwelly and proceed along Carmarthen Road and Water Street, Kidwelly for a distance of 1.1km in a south-westerly direction to its junction with Ferry Road. Turn right and proceed along Ferry Road, exiting the town of Kidwelly and continuing along Port Way, passing thorugh the village of Broadway and entering into the village of Ferryside. Continue through the village of Ferryside, turn right on to Eva Terrace and proceed along Carmarthen Road to return to a point south-east of the closure.
The proposed Order will continue in force until cabling works carried out by BT have been completed.
It is intended that the works will commence on Monday 11th November 2024, for a period of 11 days.
Schedule
The closure will only take place between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 from Monday the 11th of November 2024, until Friday the 15th of November 2024 and Monday the 18th of November 2024, until Friday the 22nd of November 2024.
Where appropriate temporary Road Traffic Regulation Orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months.
