PROPOSAL:

PROPOSED NEW RETAIL UNIT WITH ASSOCIATED CAR PARKING

LOCATION OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT:

Lands At Lakelands Retail Park, Located East Of Cornagrade Road And West Of Irvinestown Road, To The South Of The Cherrymount Link Road/Irvinestown Road/Cornagrade Road Roundabout, Enniskillen.

A public consultation Is being undertaken into the above proposed development.

An in-person drop-in event will be held at Klllyhevlin Hotel, Dublin Road, Enniskillen on Wednesday 16th October 2024 between 2 pm and 6 pm to allow interested parties to view the proposals and provide feedback. Members of the consultation team will attend the event to answer any questions that members of the public have and to collect feedback on the proposal.

If you wish to make comments on the proposal you may do so in writing to Inaltus Limited at the above address/e-mail address and no later than 5 pm on 23rd October 2024.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representation regarding the proposal at that time.
