Take notice that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in this Court on 19 June 2024 by Hilton International Hotels (UK) Limited whose registered office is situate at Maple Court, Reeds Crescent, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 4QQ and the Court has Ordered that publication in the Gazette of the presentation of such Petition and the time and place fixed for the hearing of the Petition shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said Petition upon you.
The said Petition will be heard at The County Court at Luton Justice Centre at 5th Floor, Arndale House, Luton Point, Luton, LU1 2EN on 22 November 2024 at 3:00pm.
