Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) -

Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposed residential development with associated landscaping, access, amenity, SUDS and other works at land north of Montgomerie Park, Irvine, North Ayrshire.

An in-person event will take place on Thursday 3rd of October between 2pm and 7pm at Castlepark Community Centre, 4 Castlepark Circus, Irvine, KA12 9LQ.

During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to North Ayrshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to North Ayrshire Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
