What is happening?
Directorate of Place Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 – Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 I hereby give notice that Sandwell Council has received the following applications under the planning acts, of which it is required to give public notice for the reason given at the beginning of each group of applications. This is a major application.
Application no: DC/24/69618 Applicant: Mrs Rachel Bolger Countryside Partnerships (UK) Ltd Address: Land At Hall Green Road, Hall Green Road, West Bromwich Proposal: Proposed variation of condition 1, and removal of condition 18 of DC/20/65059 (Proposed residential development comprising of 223 dwellings with associated car parking, boundary treatment, landscaping, improvement of the existing access and play area). – Condition 1 is to amend site layout, and condition 18 is to remove the footpath link.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which it is situated.

The Council are of the opinion that the proposal may affect the setting of a listed building
. Application no: DC/24/69721 Applicant: Fr Michael Vaughan, RC Church of St Mary on the Hill Address: St Marys Church, St Marys Road, Wednesbury Proposal: Proposed new access ramp and steps to the main entrance.
