Notice of Cancellation pursuant to
section 5 of the Act
Notice is hereby given that the Authority has,
pursuant to the Co-operative and Community
Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the
registration of Midlands Community Leisure Trust
Limited (Register no. 31074 R) the registered office
of which is at Office 6 Town Hall, 86 Watling Street
East, Towcester, Northants, NN12 6BS at its
request.
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a
registered society, but without prejudice to any
liability incurred by the society, which may be
enforced against it as if such cancellation had not
taken place. Date: 22 August 2024
