LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
AS AMENDED (SECTION 123)

TAKE NOTICE that Mid Sussex District Council intends to dispose by way of a leasehold disposal of land for use as a substation together with underground services to UK Power Networks serving the new building at Haywards Heath Rugby Football Club, Whiteman’s Green Recreation Ground, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17 5HX which forms part of an open space. A plan showing the approximate extent and locations of these proposed installation is available by email from property@midsussex.gov.uk. Any person who wishes to object to this proposal should give their reasons in writing to me the undersigned by the 11th September 2024 quoting the reference stated below. Any objections received by that date will be considered by the District Council in deciding whether to grant the proposed permissions.
