Shetland Islands Council - Notice of Application made under the Common Law

An application has been made by Shetland Islands Council by petition to the Court of Session to sell, alienate, feu, or dispone the heritable property known as Bruce Hostel, Midgarth Crescent, Lerwick held as an asset of the said Council. Should any person having an interest in opposing the application wish to do so, they should contact the undernoted offices to be provided with a copy of the Petition and productions within 14 days of this notice:
