The above Order, made on 15 August 2024, under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53a(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 if confirmed as made will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by extinguishing From GRSJ 67724 09339 at the junction with Footpath 16 the route being an undefined path having a width of 1 metre continues east-north-east across a residential site for a distance of 225 metres to the junction with Footpath 17 at GRSJ 67938 09397 then continues east-north-east for a distance of 100 metres to GRSJ 68047 09425.
Footpath 16 Diversion Order 2024
The above Order, made on 22 August 2024, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53a(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 if confirmed as made will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by deleting the Footpath from GRSJ 67737 09289 the route being an undefined path having a width of 1 metre continues north across open land and a pool for a distance of 200 metres to the junction with Bridleway 177 at GRSJ 67714 09482 and adding a Footpath at GRSJ 67737 09289 the route being a surfaced path having a width of 1.5 metres continues east for a distance of 15 metres to GRSJ 67751 09297 then continues north for a distance of 190 metres to the junction with Bridleway 177 at GRSJ 67770 09479.

The above Order, made on 22 August 2024, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53a(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 if confirmed as made will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by deleting the Footpath From GRSJ 67938 09397 at the junction with Footpath 181 the route being an undefined path having a width of 1 metre continues across a residential site in a general south-easterly direction for a distance of 210 metres to GRSJ 68113 09259 at the junction with The Rock and adding a Footpath From GRSJ 68047 09425 the route being an unsurfaced path having a width of 2 metres continues south for a distance of 170 metres to GRSJ 68071 09244 then continues east for a distance of 40 metres as a surfaced path having a width of 1.5 metres to GRSJ 68111 09238 at the junction with The Rock.
Bridleway 177a Diversion Order 2024
The above Order, made on 22 August 2024, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53a(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 if confirmed as made will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by deleting the Bridleway From GRSJ 67883 09512 the route being a surfaced path having a width of 2.5 metres continues north-east by east for a distance of 45 metres to GRSJ 67905 09522 and adding a Bridleway From GRSJ 67883 09512 the route being a surfaced path having a width of 2.5 metres continues east for a distance of 6 metres then continues north-east by east for a distance of 35 metres then continues north-east by north for a distance of 6 metres to GRSJ 67905 09522.
Bridleway 177a Creation Order 2024
The above Order, made on 15 August 2024, under Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53a(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 if confirmed as made will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by creating a Bridleway From GRSJ 67820 09471 at the junction with Bridleway 177 the route being an surfaced path having a width of 2.5 metres continues north-east by east for a distance of 275 metres to the junction with Footpath 178 at GRSJ 68086 09607 then continues north-east by east for a distance of 60 metres to GRSJ 68125 09633 at the junction with Rock Road.
Any representations about or objections to the Order must be sent in writing to the Associate Director: Policy and Governance, Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Legal Services, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA or via email to PRW@telford.gov.uk not later than 19 October 2024. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
