COMPULSORY PURCHASE OF LAND IN PENNYCOMEQUICK, PLYMOUTH
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Plymouth has made the City of Plymouth (1 Holdsworth Street, Pennycomequick) Compulsory Purchase Order 2024 under Section 17 of the Housing Act 1985.
The Council is about to submit this order to the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities for confirmation, and if confirmed, the order will authorise the Council of the City of Plymouth to purchase compulsorily the property described below for the purpose of the provision of housing accommodation.
A copy of the order and of the accompanying map may be seen at all reasonable hours at the Plymouth City Council Reception, Ballard House, West Hoe Road, Plymouth or on the Plymouth City Council website www.plymouth.gov.uk/legal-notices.
Any objection to the order must be made in writing to the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, National Planning Casework Unit, 23 Stephenson Street, Birmingham B2 4BH before 23rd September 2024 and should state the title of the order, the grounds of objection and the objector’s address and interests in the land.
